I would like to register for the KHQS Quilting Adventures with Caryl Bryer Fallert workshop, Beyond the Grid: Personal Expression with Innovative Techniques, October 1-3, 2008 at Bryerpatch Studio, Paducah, KY.
 

I understand that spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional names will be placed on a waiting list. A non-refundable deposit of $50 dollars will register me, with a balance of $295 ($345 for non-members) due on August 1, 2008. Housing and meals other than lunch are my responsibility. Rooms have been blocked at the Country Inn for $74 and tax, but I must make reservations there or elsewhere myself.
