KHQS is looking for good teachers for our 2011 Getaway. Nancy Mahoney will be our featured teacher. The dates of Getaway are June 15-17, 2011 and will again be held at Holiday Inn North, Lexington, KY. If you are interested, please send the following information to Joanne Bennett, VP, KHQS by September 15, 2010:

• Brief class description including level of difficulty (i.e., beginner, advanced beginner, intermediate, advanced), method (i.e., hand, machine, design, organization & planning), and length of class (half-day or full-day).
• Complete supply list. Please send as a separate document which would be suitable for making copies to supply to participants. Picture may be included on document.
• Good photo or accurate drawing of your project. The images will appear as black & white in the Getaway brochure, but in color on the web site.
• A short biography (please no more than 2 paragraphs!) with information you would like your students to know about you.  Include in the biography your name, address, phone number and e-mail, if applicable. If your biography is longer than able to be accommodated in the Getaway Brochure, editing will be done.

Your information may be sent as hard copy through the US mail or by e-mail as long as the supply list and picture are sent as separate attachments. Please supply as much information as possible by September 15. Complete and accurate information is due no later than December 15 for inclusion in the Getaway Brochure. Classes should be based on your own designs and work.
